Jaime Peart, a vendor with the BEP program passed away on
August 22nd. Our condolences go out to his wife, Debbie Peart, who
is also a vendor with BEP. Jaime had
recently won the right to operate
the East End facility.

Proper Vendor Grievance Procedures!!
On June
16, 2010, DOR presented grievance training to the CVPC delegates as
required by regulations. This training was provided by an OAL Administrative
Law Judge through the courtesy of the Department’s Office of Legal
Affairs and included training on administrative hearings as well as full
evidentiary hearings.

this presentation is available to interested vendors. You can request an
