As we understand this building will be replaced with a building that is 4
stories for part of the building and 2 stories. The facility will be located
at street level in the two story section.

on left hand side is a Dry Cleaners. On the right hand side of street is a
wall for a Catholic school.
This would be the northwest corner. The first intersection from 703 B
street.
Less than two blocks away is this local restaurant. On the other side of
the street is a Quiznos subs, Round Table Pizza and Starbucks
This is a CalTrans Building also that sits immediately east of 703 B
Street. BEP is unsure of this building.
